Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full tendering cycle for HV Substation Projects.
- Review and analyze tender documents (technical, commercial, contractual).
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and finance teams to prepare competitive bids.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with client requirements.
- Conduct cost estimation, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Participate in bid clarifications and negotiations with clients.
- Ensure submission of complete and compliant tenders within deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of vendors and subcontractors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the tendering team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substations & infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in HV Substations (GIS/AIS), transformers, protection systems, and power distribution.
- Solid knowledge of EPC contracts and FIDIC conditions.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation tools.
