Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Tendering Specialist / Bidding and Procurement Officer.

Role Description

We are seeking a qualified professional with strong expertise in quantity take-offs and tender preparation. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing received conceptual designs and, where required, developing them by identifying detailed project components to ensure accurate quantity calculations and pricing based on comprehensive BoQ. Experience in issuing and developing drawings where needed is a must.

Key responsibilities include evaluating market prices for materials and manpower across civil, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure works; maintaining an updated database of suppliers and manpower resources; supporting and conducting price negotiations; preparing competitive bid pricing; and issuing technical queries when necessary. An overall understanding of contract terms and conditions is essential.
