Tendering Specialist

Company Description Hunza Trading LLC specializes in presenting and selling high-quality water ionization devices, as well as advanced water treatment and purification systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong tender management skills, including experience in end-to-end tender coordination, documentation control, and compliance with tender procedures.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to review technical specifications, evaluate risks, perform cost and pricing analysis, and compare competing bids.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, clarify tender requirements with clients, and present information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Candidates should possess proposal writing skills to prepare structured, persuasive technical and commercial proposals aligned with tender criteria.
• Candidates should possess procurement-related skills, including vendor coordination, obtaining quotations, and supporting cost-effective sourcing aligned with tender needs.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; previous experience in tendering, contracts, or sales support in technical or trading environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP or tender management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
