Tendering Specialist
We are seeking a Tendering Specialist with solid experience in fit-out projects to join our team. Only candidates who meet all mandatory requirements will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tendering cycle from inquiry to submission
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications in detail
- Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and operations)
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant tenders
- Handle post-tender clarifications and negotiations
- Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors
Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Required)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tendering/estimation
- Strong, hands-on experience in fit-out projects is a must
- Previous experience in KSA is mandatory
- Proven ability to manage and submit tenders independently
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
Preferred (Plus)
- Experience in general construction projects
- Familiarity with estimation/tendering software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar)
