Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qatari for Terminal Duty Manager to join our team. As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow.
- Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance.
Qualification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service
- Must be willing to work in shifts (morning /night)
