Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Recast Software (Middle East) to lead commercial growth across the GCC and wider Middle East region. This role owns the full sales cycle for Recast Software's product portfolio and works closely with partners, enterprise customers, and RidgePoint's technical and SDR teams.
You will drive pipeline generation, run high-quality discovery and value-selling motions, manage partner influence, and close subscription business across priority markets. This is a high-impact role that blends enterprise sales, channel engagement, and regional go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new subscription and expansion revenue for Recast Software across the Middle East.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, value positioning, solution mapping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to RidgePoint's GTM frameworks and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Engage, enable, and develop RidgePoint's network of VARs, MSPs, and channel partners to increase regional coverage and deal velocity.
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations in coordination with the RidgePoint and Recast's technical teams.
- Collaborate with the SDR to drive consistent top-of-funnel activity and convert qualified meetings into opportunities.
- Work closely with enterprise IT, security, infrastructure, and endpoint management leaders to understand customer needs and position Recast's value.
- Represent RidgePoint and Recast Software at customer meetings, virtual demos, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting and maintain visibility into deal stages, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure strong customer experience throughout the journey and support renewals and expansions as needed.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in endpoint management, IT operations, cybersecurity, device management, or Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS or enterprise technology in GCC markets, with experience driving deals in KSA and UAE preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel sales motions and experience working with VARs, MSPs, distributors, or systems integrators.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, MEM, or similar endpoint management technologies (enough to hold intelligent conversations with IT leaders).
- Demonstrated ability to run disciplined sales cycles, including discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution alignment, and objection handling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- High energy, self-starter mindset, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model and engaging with customers across the region, including some travel within GCC.
- Arabic & English fluency arerequired; French is a plus.
