Role Description The Territory Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory, building strong relationships with beauty institutions, and driving revenue through consultative selling of products and services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new accounts, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on orders, logistics, and customer support, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Territory Sales Executive is expected to represent the Creative Beauty Source brand professionally, provide ongoing account management, and support training and education initiatives for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and account management skills in a territory-based or field sales role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or related FMCG industries.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline management, including use of CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to plan territory visits, prioritize accounts, and follow through on commitments.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the GCC beauty market, salon/spa operations, or professional beauty products is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of integrity, cultural awareness, and alignment with ethical, service-oriented business practices.
