The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated tests.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
