As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering operation. You focus on enhancing control, precision, and data integrity by implementing advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role involves driving the adoption of predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative testing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in software quality across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and methodologies to maintain cutting-edge quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in developing and executing end-to-end quality engineering processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and design predictive testing approaches.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
