About the Role
The technical visionary defining the TCoE's overarching automation framework and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active CRs.
- Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.
Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation efforts
Core Skill Set: Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and NFR definition.
Years of Experience: 7–10 years in Test Automation framework and SDLC design.
Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer
