Responsibilities:

• Test Governance Manager resource for the GBSM portfolio
• We require an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end Test Governance, Quality Assurance Oversight, Test Strategy Definition, Stakeholder Coordination, Risk Management, Test Metrics & Reporting, and Release Readiness Management. The candidate should possess solid Banking and Risk Management domain knowledge, along with expertise in Data Testing, Data Reconciliation, ETL/Data Validation, and Regulatory Projects.
• The resource should also have proven experience in Test Management, SDLC/STLC Governance, Vendor Coordination, Defect Management, Senior Stakeholder Engagement, and Portfolio-level Quality Governance across large-scale transformation and regulatory initiatives.
