Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager – Corporate Banking with strong expertise in Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), Cash Management, Intellect Banking Platform, Corporate Payments, Host-to-Host (H2H) Integration, API Banking, and Digital Banking Platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of test management, functional testing, automation testing, governance, stakeholder management, and banking domain expertise.

The role involves leading large-scale testing programs across corporate banking transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

A seasoned Corporate Banking Test Manager with deep expertise in Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), Intellect Banking Platform, Cash Management, Corporate Payments, H2H Integration, API Banking, and Automation Testing, who has successfully led large-scale testing engagements for GCC banks and can provide strong governance, delivery leadership, and quality assurance oversight across strategic banking transformation programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Intellect Banking Products, Cash Management Systems, Corporate Banking, Payments, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale banking testing programs, defining test strategies, leading test governance, managing automation initiatives, and coordinating with business, technology, and client stakeholders.

The candidate will act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPOC) for testing delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience managing large multi-stream testing programs.
• Experience handling onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to international banking projects.

Test Management Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Governance

• Define overall Test Strategy, Scope, Approach, Entry and Exit Criteria.
• Prepare Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Schedule.
• Establish testing governance framework and quality controls.
• Define KPIs, metrics, dashboards and reporting cadence.
• Align testing phases with SIT, UAT, NFT, Regression and Migration testing cycles.
• Act as single point of accountability for testing delivery.

Test Planning & Execution

• Drive end-to-end testing activities across multiple workstreams.
• Review and validate test scenarios, test cases and test coverage.
• Monitor execution progress and ensure milestone adherence.
• Manage test environments and test data requirements.
• Support migration, integration and release testing activities.

Defect Management

• Establish defect lifecycle management process.
• Drive defect triage meetings.
• Monitor defect closure and resolution timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, business teams and technology teams.
• Ensure proper root cause analysis and preventive actions.

User Acceptance Testing

• Prepare UAT strategy and execution plan.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders.
• Manage UAT execution and sign-off process.
• Ensure production readiness.

Automation & Quality Engineering

• Drive adoption of Test Automation frameworks.
• Lead Selenium/Java-based automation initiatives.
• Implement API automation and regression automation.
• Define automation roadmap and coverage targets.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve release quality through continuous testing practices.

Financial & Resource Management

• Prepare testing budgets and cost plans.
• Resource planning and capacity management.
• Team allocation across multiple projects.
