Test Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: UAT Test Manager (Banking)

Location: Singapore

Experience: 10+ Years

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10-15 years of total experience including 5–10+ years of UAT/Test Management experience within complex technology or transformation programs.
• Experience working in Bank preferred, with familiarity with SDM processes, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience leading large scale or multi system integration projects in the banking/financial services domain.
• Hands on expertise in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign off processes.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and test management tools.

• Experience managing user testing challenges such as low user participation, test environment instability, test data gaps, or high severity defects.
