Role Purpose:
Perform testing and quality-assurance activities for Oracle ERP systems and HRMS to ensure stability, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute functional, regression, and UAT test cases
- Identify, track, and report bugs using Jira or equivalent tools
- Collaborate with development and analysis teams to resolve issues
- Maintain QA documentation and testing artifacts
- Support release validation and continuous-improvement initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Quality Assurance
- Training in software testing methodologies preferred
- Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP, HRMS or software testing
- Knowledge of manual and automation testing (Postman, Selenium, Ka talon)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
