Tester (Success Factor Testing )

e are seeking an experienced HR Application Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and functionality of our HR applications, particularly SAP Success Factors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR domain testing and possess the ability to create comprehensive test cases and perform end-to-end testing. This position requires a bilingual individual who can effectively communicate across teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for HR applications.
• Create detailed test cases and perform SIT and UAT.
• Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers to understand application functionality.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions to guide test strategy.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate application performance.
• Review and update testing documentation to reflect application changes.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve application functionality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Support the integration of new features into existing HR systems.
  
  

Qualification Criteria

• Proven experience in HR application testing, especially SAP Success Factors.
• Strong knowledge of HR domain and its associated processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual in English and another language preferred.
• Relevant certifications in HR or software testing are a plus.
