Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Protective Security Design and Supervision Specialist to oversee and manage the design, selection, and execution of protective security works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the supervision of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, particularly in CCTV and intrusion detection, and experience working in compliance with ADDC, Transco, and AADC installation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection, design review, and finalization of protective security systems related to relevant projects.
- 132 KV Transformer with/without DEWA
- Manage the execution of security design and supervision works, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that design requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation of security systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing at least 5 (preferably 8) ELV works supervision or construction projects, with a focus on design and implementation.
- Strong familiarity with ADDC, Transco, and AADC installation standards.
- Experience in projects that include CCTV or intrusion detection systems, with at least 3 projects in industrial areas or zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
