SAP Testing Associate Manager, Egypt
Accenture is seeking anexperienced SAP Test Leadto driveend-to-end testing strategyandexecutionfor a majorSAP transformation program. This role ensures that allSAP modulesandintegrationsmeetfunctional,technical, andbusiness requirements, delivering ahigh-quality,defect-free system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead theplanning,design, andexecutionofSAP test cycles, includingunit,integration,regression, anduser acceptance testing (UAT).
Define and enforcetesting standards,methodologies, andbest practicesacross workstreams.
Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders,functional consultants, andtechnical teamsto validate requirements and design comprehensivetest scenarios.
Overseedefect management,root cause analysis, andresolution trackingto ensuresystem quality.
Maintaintest documentation,scripts, andprogress dashboardsfor transparency and reporting toPMOandleadership.
Mentor and coordinatetesting teams, ensuring timely delivery ofhigh-quality test results.
Supportcontinuous improvement initiativesby identifyingprocess gapsand recommendingefficiency enhancements.
Demonstrate stronganalytical,problem-solving, andcommunication skillsto managecross-functional dependenciesand align stakeholders.
Proven experience inSAP testingacross multiple modules and integrations.
Expertise intest planning,execution, anddefect management.
Strong knowledge oftesting methodologies,standards, andbest practices.
Familiarity withSAP transformation programs,UAT, andregression testing.
Hands-on experience withtest documentation,progress tracking, andreporting tools.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guidetesting teamsand ensure timely delivery.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work withbusiness stakeholders,functional consultants, andtechnical teams.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications inSAP testingorquality assuranceare a plus.
