Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Actively manage and monitor daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to established schedules, quality benchmarks, and efficiency targets.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with various internal departments (Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure robust support for all production activities.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks, analyze production data, and champion initiatives for enhancing manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Uphold stringent quality standards and company protocols throughout the production lifecycle, contributing to a culture of zero defects and continuous improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing comprehensive production reports, providing actionable insights into operational performance and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Resource Management Support: Support the effective utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Textile, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in production, operations support, or similar manufacturing role. Recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on optimizing workflows and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Familiarity with SAP (or other ERP systems) for production planning, scheduling, or inventory management is preferred.
