The Dermatologist & Aesthetic Physician is responsible for providing advanced medical and cosmetic dermatology services, diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail conditions, and performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The role ensures high standards of patient care, safety, and experience while contributing to the clinic's reputation for excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Dermatology- Diagnose and treat dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, fungal infections, alopecia, and other skin diseases.
- Perform skin examinations and conduct biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other dermatologic procedures as required.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Manage chronic skin conditions and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients on proper skin care, prevention strategies, and treatment options.
Aesthetic / Cosmetic Procedures- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including:
- Botox and dermal fillers
- PRP and mesotherapy
- Chemical peels
- Laser treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions)
- Skin tightening and resurfacing procedures
- Microneedling, RF, and other non-invasive technologies
- Assess patients aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate procedures.
- Ensure all aesthetic services are delivered with focus on safety, accuracy, and natural-looking outcomes.
Patient Care & Communication- Provide professional consultation, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Counsel patients on pre- and post-procedure care.
- Build long-term patient relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements- Medical degree (MD/MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology.
- Valid medical license from the relevant health authority (e.g., SCFHS).
- Proven experience in both dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of latest dermatological and cosmetic technologies.
- Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills- Expertise in laser systems and advanced cosmetic procedures.
- Experience in high-end dermatology/aesthetic clinics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and artistic sense for facial harmony.
