The Mall Luxury Outlets is looking for a Tourism Marketing Destination Management Account speaking French, English, Italian. He/she will be focused on the promotion of the destination and management of relationships with stakeholders and local key players, including hotels, DMCs, transport companies etc. The main tasks would be creation of experiences and packages that allow to promote the destination in the best possible way, direct collaboration with institutions and local partners,administrative and contractual management of experiences and packages, negotiation with partners and hotels, support of Tourism marketing in events organization.
Support Tourism Marketing Manager and Tourism Marketing Coordinators in defining the short and medium-term strategy in development and promotion of Sanremodestination
Establish collaborations and develop synergies with strategic partners to promote the touristic destination and enrich the relating experiences proposed to our guests
Organize meetings in Italy and French Riviera to enhance the collaboration with relevant partners and develop new relations with potential new collaborators
Support Tourism Marketing in organization of Business to Business and Business to Client events
Identify suitable luxury stakeholders and suppliers to develop new collaborations and create packages and experiences
Develop contacts and collaborations with Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, Tourism Boards, local and national governmental organizations
Develop and manage the relationships with Destination Management Companies in Italy and Cote D'Azur
Analyze the market and tourists flow trends to better develop experiences and travel packages
Collect and address needs and requests of hotels, tour operators and customers, assuring them a unique experience
Follow the collaboration with the partner transport company
Prepare periodic reports and analysis on achieved results
Excellent French and Italian speaker and fluent in English
Bachelor or master's degree in Tourism Marketing or Languages studies or similar
A previous working experience in the luxury tourism industry as Destination Management Companies, Incoming Tour Operator, Concierge at Luxury Hôtellerie, Sales Agent, Reservation Agent, or similar positions
An excellent commercial awareness and customized communication skills, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Empathic person, able to easily build up interpersonal relationships
Passionate and enthusiastic person, with never ending energy and positive attitude
An expert in using MS Office Suite and social media
Ready to travel frequently
In possession of a driving license
As a plus: Proven organizational skills and project management attitude
