Role Description This is a part-time, remote Therapist role focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients through MantraCare's digital platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy sessions, completing timely assessments and treatment plans, and documenting clinical notes in accordance with regulatory and internal standards. The Therapist collaborates with the AI-supported system to review client insights, adjust care plans, and escalate or coordinate with other specialists when appropriate. Additional tasks may include participating in case consultations, contributing to care protocols, and providing feedback to improve digital tools and resources.

Qualifications
- Clinical skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a virtual setting.
- Therapeutic expertise: Experience in areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other recognized modalities for mental health and chronic condition support.
- Digital practice skills: Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and using AI-driven tools to support clinical decision-making and client engagement.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong active listening, clear written documentation, and culturally sensitive communication with diverse populations.
- Collaboration and adaptability: Ability to work independently, coordinate care in a multidisciplinary environment, and adapt to evolving digital workflows and protocols.
- Licensure and education: Relevant clinical license or certification (such as psychologist, counselor, social worker, or therapist) and an accredited degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field, in accordance with local regulations.
- Preferred experience: Prior telehealth experience, familiarity with chronic care or wellness programs, and experience working with employer or insurer-based populations.
