Tibco Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Expertise in systems architecture and development of application integration solutions using TIBCO Suite of products
• Involve in Estimation, Design approach, Coverage, Alternate approaches, Usage of Design patterns
• Instruct, direct, and quality assure the work of other programmers and analysts
• Review and tracking of technical issues pertaining to the implementation
• Designing the deployment strategy for complex, high volume, event- driven TIBCO infrastructure solutions
• Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development.
• Assists with evaluation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), project estimation and engages in solution innovations.
• Assist Sales team on calls with customers with demos and POCs.
• Manage team in on-site / off-shore model.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional experience
• Experience in designing integration solutions using various approaches such as Microservices, messaging, queuing, API management and patterns, etc.
• Knowledge of modern IT concepts such as Big Data, Cloud and Microservices
• Communication skills to explain complex and sometimes technical topics to both business & IT stakeholders
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with leadership capability
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
