This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticket Agent based in Mīt Ghamr. The Ticket Agent will handle ticket sales, assist customers with reservations, and respond to inquiries across various communication channels. The role requires managing customer service requests, providing travel-related information, and ensuring seamless ticketing experiences. Additionally, the Ticket Agent will focus on sales targets and support customers in selecting suitable travel options tailored to their needs.

• Strong proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Prior Sales experience and ability to meet sales goals
• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mīt Ghamr
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple customer requests
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
