About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Ticketing Managerto join theresort's Entertainment Administrationteam.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Ensure that daily sales and front of house reports are created and distributed asrequired.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create ticket packages and promotions.
  • Work with and communicate on a regular basis with our ticket systems partners.
  • Process executive, promoter,marketingand artist ticket orders as requested by the various entities.
  • Audit all event holds daily and recommend additions or reductions based on sales performance.
  • Provide all reports necessary to settle shows nightly and at the end of a run.
  • Review the department structure andcome up withsuggestions for operational efficiencies.
  • Make suggestions on new and streamlined ways to deliver tickets to the guests thatwill not affect the customer experience.
  • Look for ways to automate the workflow processes for the department.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of theTicket Office.
  • Manage the Ticket Office and Ushers.Complete staff performance reviews.Hire and train new employees. Oversee all discipline issues, counsellingnoticesand terminations.
  • Motivate the Ticket Office Staff to maximize ticket sales andfacilitatedistribution of informationregardingshows.
  • Overseedepartment schedules andoverseepayroll forTicket Office andUshers.
  • Facilitate needs related to the department in conjunction with Concierge, Front Desk, Advertising, Marketing, Accounting, and CallCenter.
  • Communicate regularly and work withany Producers / Stakeholders / Event Hostsoperatingwithin theTheaterto guarantee successful shows and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, internal and externalpartners.
  • Handle guest issues and complaints and work with security and hotel managers as needed.
  • Create andupdate theTicket Office DepartmentPolicy and Procedure Manual.
  • Establish andmaintainan excellent working relationship with various departments throughout the resort.
  • Develop andmaintaina safe working environment and safety procedures for staff.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably abachelor'sdegree in a relatedfield.
  • A minimum offive(5) years experience inTicket Office Management, preferably with prior experiencein atheatre
  • Must have prior experienceworking with large scale ticketing partners (e.gTicketmaster)
  • Must haveknowledge of a variety of otherticketing systems.
  • Must have prior experience building and creating shows in ticketing systems.
  • Must have the ability to create,implementand work within fiscal budgets.
  • Must be able tomanagestaff and perform under pressure.
  • Must be able to function in a stressful environment.
