Salary: AED 6,000/month

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Break: 1 hour

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off

Job Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE

Achieve a minimum of 20 successful creator recruitments per month

Attend regular meetings with management

Fill and maintain recruitment sheets after each successful recruitment

Submit a weekly performance report to management

Build and maintain good relationships with recruited creators

Work toward monthly recruitment targets and team goals

Commission

In addition to the AED 6,000 monthly salary, you will earn 5% commission on the revenue generated by all creators you recruit.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to junior and entry-level candidates. Previous professional experience is not required if you have the right personality, communication skills, and ambition.

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable communicating with people

Motivated by targets and performance

A fast learner with a strong work ethic

Good at building relationships

Comfortable working night shifts

Interested in social media and the creator industry

Social media experience is a plus.

Familiarity with TikTok and how the platform works is a plus.

Previous recruitment or sales experience is not mandatory.
