Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
• Manage job allocation and workshop loading.
• Track labor hours and ensure accurate time recording.
• Prepare productivity and utilization reports.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop control, loading, or timekeeping.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of workshop operations and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
