Total Facility Management (TFM) Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING | TFM SUPERVISOR

Pt-PFM is looking for a Total Facilities Management (TFM) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and service quality across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Hard Services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire & life safety, and general maintenance.
• Manage Soft Services, including cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and other site services.
• Coordinate technicians, housekeeping teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor vendors against agreed SLA/KPIs, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and facility requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and escalate issues when required.
• Support cost control and efficient use of materials and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Retail, or similar environments.
• Good understanding of both Hard & Soft FM services.
• Strong team supervision and contractor/vendor coordination skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of CAFM/CMMS is a plus.
• FM/HSE certifications are an advantage, but not mandatory.
