Job Description

Position Overview

As the Total Rewards Director at Abou Ghaly Motors, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will drive employee engagement and retention through competitive, well-structured compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and other employee programs that support attraction, retention, and engagement
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, promoting workplace culture and reinforcing company values throughout the organization
  • Develop and manage policies and procedures related to total rewards and HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal guidelines
  • Collaborate with department heads to analyze workforce trends, workforce planning, and ensuring HR programs align with business needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on total rewards and HR operations, including insights, recommendations, and strategy updates
  • Manage the Total Rewards team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and Human Resources, with a solid understanding of compensation and benefits strategy
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on HR operations and employee engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop metrics and key performance indicators that measure success
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • A collaborative and innovative mindset with the ability to drive organizational change
