This is not a maintenance role. As our Total Rewards Executive, you will design, evolve, and champion our compensation and benefits framework across multiple geographies. You'll turn data into decisions, complexity into clarity, and strategy into structures that genuinely matter to our people and to the bottom line.

What You'll Own

Compensation Architecture

Design, manage, and refine salary structures, pay bands, and grading frameworks aligned to Arada's growth strategy

Multi-Market Benchmarking

Lead rigorous salary benchmarking exercises across UAE and international markets using industry survey data (Mercer, Hay, WTW) and AI-powered tools

Benefits Design & Administration

Own the full benefits portfolio medical, EoS, allowances, perks ensuring market competitiveness and real employee value

Data & Analytics Powerhouse

Build dynamic Power BI dashboards; develop advanced Excel models for compensation scenarios, forecasting, and equity analysis

ATS & HRIS Transformation

Be an active contributor to our ongoing systems transformation digitizing workflows, improving data integrity, and driving adoption across the team

HR Operations Bridging

Connect total rewards to broader HR ops: contracts, offer management, onboarding reward communications

Executive Presentations

Craft compelling, visually sharp reward strategy decks for leadership and board review — telling the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers

AI-Powered Workflows

Actively leverage AI tools to automate analysis, accelerate benchmarking cycles, and elevate the quality of insights you deliver

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all reward practices align with UAE labor law and relevant global standards, particularly for multi-location hiring

What You Bring

The non-negotiables:

  • 5+ years of dedicated Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience
  • Deep knowledge of UAE HR practices, market norms, and labour law
  • Proven multi-geography salary benchmarking experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency — we mean advanced (dynamic models, scenario analysis, audit-ready)
  • Strong Power BI skills : dashboard creation, data modelling, stakeholder-ready visuals
  • Meaningful involvement in ATS or HRIS transformation/implementation projects
  • Experience building and presenting executive-level compensation reports and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

Strong advantages:

  • Global or regional experience beyond the UAE
  • Professional certifications: CCP, GRP, or equivalent
  • Real estate, construction, or development sector background
