Job Description

1. Position Purpose

GM Total Rewards & OD supports the delivery of compensation, benefits, and organizational design programs across ALJ entities. The role manages benchmarking, reward cycle execution, and pay communication while supporting job architecture and structural reviews. Working with HRBPs, & CoE team, the role helps ensure fair, competitive, and consistent reward practices.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and monitoring of Total Rewards & OD initiatives and track progress against key milestones.
  • Assist in translating strategic frameworks into operational actions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development and periodic update of Total Rewards and OD policies, guidelines, and toolkits.
  • Support governance processes related to grading structures, job architecture, and reward programs.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks related to compensation, benefits, and OD practices and support mitigation actions.
  • Contribute to maintaining internal pay equity, market alignment, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support the review and implementation of salary structures, allowances, and benefits programs.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities, market surveys, and compensation analysis to support competitiveness.
  • Assist in reward cycle activities including salary reviews, bonus processes, and related analysis in coordination with HRBPs and Finance.
  • Support job evaluation, organizational structure reviews, and preparation of analytics and reports for decision making.

3. Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. A higher degree, such as a Master's or MBA, is often preferred or advantageous.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards and Organizational Design, preferably consultancy is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of TR & OD principles / Knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits design, job evaluation, and organizational design.
  • Experience in using HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI) to support compensation analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and grading frameworks (e.g., Mercer IPE, Hay, or WTW).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills to support compensation analysis, budgeting, and reward modeling.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
