Role Summary
Total Rewards Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Total Rewards team, conducting key activities such as Job evaluation, Market intelligence, salary surveys and benchmarks to support Human Capital decision making. Analyze benefits and rewards schemes, monitor compensation and benefits policies, and ensure compliance with labour law and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim Countries of Operation

Role Profile

• Ensure That Compensation Practices Are In Compliance With Current Legislation
• Run Initial Job Evaluation And Job Mapping Activities By Applying The Methodologies Of Korn Ferry
• Participate In Compensation And Benefits Cycles Using The Compensation And Benefits Module When It Comes To Annual Cycles (Merit Increase And Bonus).
• Participate In Market And Salary Surveys With External Vendors And Run Benchmark Analysis
• Knowledge Of The Company Process Of Job Classification, Position Id Design, And Creation.
• Provide Support To All Stakeholders With Relevant System Queries And Requests
• Manage The Day To Day Operations For Total Rewards According To Maf Process Guidelines.

Requirements

• At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Total Rewards
• Strong And Proven Analytical And Research Skills
• Experience Of Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology
• Experience Using Compensation And Benefits Systems, Successfactors Exposure Advantageous
