What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Compensation & Benefits refers to the total rewards that employees receive from their employer. This includes their salary or wages, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks. The aim is to fairly compensate employees and provide benefits that support their well-being and job satisfaction. Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus / incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for Qualification: Graduate Point of contact and owner of their respective processes. GPOs are the process leads and alongside their respective Process Matter Experts (PME) teams, will drive the activities and deliverables for their respective process areas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The following table lists the GPO key responsibilities for each major phase of the client project: Global Design:
- Provide end to end process expertise input to the process team's global design preparation
- Drive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles
- Provide input into the technology enablement (Workday) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gaps
- Provide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmonization
- Participate in global design authority discussions and provide input to any service delivery components
- Work with the PMEs to document process narratives and localization requirements needed for SOP creation Localization:
- Compile localization practices to help with localization preparation
- Participate in the localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processes Testing:
- Provide input and compile end to end process scenarios
- Participate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creation Standard Operating Procedures Build:
- Lead the SOP build for each process area
- Manage the Process Matter Experts in building out SOP
- Work with their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of SOP content Training and Service Rehearsals:
- Lead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areas
- Train BPO process SMEs
- Help the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT
- Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gaps Cutover and Ongoing Operations:
- Work with the transition teams during the cutover phase to execute process cutover activities
- Lead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIs
- Ideate, test and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of Client business value
- Provide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teams, Any Graduation
