The Total Rewards Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration, analysis, and implementation of the organization's compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role ensures data integrity, conducts market benchmarking, supports job evaluations, and assists in maintaining competitive, compliant reward structures that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
Compensation & Benefits Administration & Compliance
- Supervise the day-to-day administration of comprehensive compensation, benefits, wellness, and employee recognition programs across the organization.
- Guarantee strict adherence of all compensation and benefits practices to local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate policies.
- Formulate policy recommendations and map out processed and workflows to ensure seamless alignment and harmony between all HR functions.
Compensation Structure
- Partner closely with the Director to design, implement, and maintain competitive salary structures, job grading frameworks, and performance-driven bonus or commission schemes.
- Lead the job analysis and position evaluation processes for both new and existing roles across the organization to maintain internal equity.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and internal equity analyses to structure competitive job offers. Manage salary negotiations to successful finalization, ensuring a smooth transition to the People Operations team for onboarding.
Data Analytics
- Generate HR metrics and total rewards dashboards to drive data-backed decisions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure flawless, accurate, and timely execution of all rewards-related transactions and data updates.
Benefits Optimization
- Evaluate and enhance current benefits schemes, proactively researching and recommending options that accommodate the diverse needs of various industries within the group.
- Draft, refine, and update high-impact internal communication materials to effectively market and clarify Total Rewards offerings, maximizing employee engagement and program appreciation.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements regarding pay and benefits.
- Advanced analytical and data-modeling skills (highly proficient in Excel and HR systems/dashboards).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to precision and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide employees and stakeholders smoothly through rewards processes.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multi-task workflows effectively.
