We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and charismatic
Tour Leader to lead and manage group tours while ensuring clients have an engaging, enjoyable, and safe experience. The Tour Leader will be responsible for organizing logistics, offering insights into destinations, and handling on-the-ground issues during the tour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide groups of tourists through domestic or international travel itineraries.
- Provide historical, cultural, and local insights at each stop to enrich the client's experience.
- Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodations, tickets, and schedules.
- Ensure safety of all participants throughout the trip.
- Handle emergencies, complaints, or unexpected changes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote a positive group dynamic, encouraging participation and maintaining morale.
- Keep accurate records and submit reports after each tour.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian is a must multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proven experience as a tour leader, travel guide, or related role.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go.
- Physically fit and able to lead active tours
- First aid certification (preferred).
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently.
