Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator B2B at Egypt Experts co., located in Cairo, Egypt. This position involves coordinating and managing guided tours and travel itineraries tailored to client requirements. Key responsibilities include handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication with clients, and supporting B2B sales and partnerships. The role requires collaboration with team members in the office while also accommodating some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Guided Tours, Travel & Tourism
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client queries efficiently
• Skills in managing Reservations and booking systems
• Knowledge of Sales processes and strategies, especially in a B2B context
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector is highly advantageous
