This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator B2B with Egypt Experts Co. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this role allows for a combination of on-site and remote work. The Tour Operator will be responsible for managing and coordinating guided tours, building and maintaining relationships with B2B travel partners, handling bookings and reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes promoting and selling tour packages to meet client needs while supporting the company's goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism operations
Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations management
Strong Sales skills with a focus on B2B partnership management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment
Knowledge of travel management systems and tools
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
