Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a French-speaking Tour Operator at our Qesm El Zamalek location. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, creating travel plans, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and delivering an excellent travel experience. The role also includes collaborating with the sales team to promote travel packages and refine the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism to create and manage tailored travel experiences
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience with Reservations and Sales to manage bookings and promote travel packages
- Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Egypt's destinations and cultural landmarks
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in travel-related software and tools is a plus
