Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator (French Speaker) located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing guided tours, coordinating travel and tourism arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing reservations, and driving sales to maximize revenue. The role requires close interaction with clients to provide an exceptional tour experience.
Job Description
- Design and customize travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Negotiate and contract with hotels, local guides, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Manage all bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Prepare and organize all necessary travel documents, such as vouchers and informational packets.
- Stay up-to-date on travel destinations, industry trends, and new regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, payments, and invoices.
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a tour operator, travel consultant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
