Role Description: The Tourism Manager (French Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for managing and coordinating travel services for primarily French-speaking clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing and organizing tour packages, overseeing guided tours, and ensuring seamless delivery of services such as transportation, accommodation, and excursions. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and providing professional support before, during, and after trips. The Tourism Manager monitors service quality, collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers, and contributes to marketing initiatives aimed at the French and other international markets. The position requires consistent on-site presence to supervise operations, support team members, and uphold Voyageurs standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Tourism Management and general Tourism operations.
- Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and supervising Guided Tours and related activities.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to support travelers and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Understanding of Tourism Marketing, with the ability to contribute to promotional activities and market-specific campaigns.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written); good command of English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and partners.
- Prior experience in a tour operator or travel agency environment is highly beneficial.
