Job Description:
The Tourism Services & Packages Officer is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting travel packages and tourism services. This includes coordinating with suppliers, ensuring the best value offerings for clients, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with customized packages. The officer ensures all services are delivered with high quality and aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare travel packages (domestic and international) including accommodation, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour guides, and other suppliers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist in selecting suitable travel services.
- Customize itineraries according to client preferences, budgets, and special requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of all travel components.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing content and package details for promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide package options accordingly.
- Monitor and follow up on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, packages, and client history for efficient operations.
- Manage booking confirmations, payments, invoicing, and travel documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, package performance, and client feedback.
