This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing tours, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and promoting travel packages, managing bookings and reservations, coordinating with local service providers, and conducting sales activities. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, offering travel advice, and marketing tourism services.

• Strong Communication skills
• Expertise in Travel & Tourism
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Experience in the tourism industry is preferred
