Job Description :

• Should have managed support projects/ programs with a medium sized team of at least 30- 40 plus
• Good communication and team management skills
• Arabic speaking
• Technical knowledge in PL/SQL or . Net is preferable
• Experience in stakeholder management, SLA/KPI reporting
