Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical) is required
- Minimum 3 years experience in railway sector.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- English is required, Frensh is a plus.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
And Responsible For The Following
- Supervise and coordinate daily track work including track laying, alignment, welding, stressing, tamping, and ballast regulation.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.
- Monitor track geometry parameters (alignment, level, gauge, twist) and ensure compliance with tolerance requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material logistics to meet planned production targets and deadlines.
- Implement and enforce HSE procedures on site, ensuring safe railway operations and compliance with rail safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports, method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and support progress tracking and client coordination meetings.
