Key Accountabilities:
- Trade Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives for processed meat products.
- Channel Management: Design tailored activation plans for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Wholesale channels to drive distribution and sales.
- Promotional Planning: Plan and execute trade promotions, bundle offers, price-offs, and retailer activation programs.
- InStore Execution: Ensure high quality merchandising standards including shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and POSM deployment
- Distributor & Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales teams and distributors to implement trade campaigns and ensure execution excellence
- Category & Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior within the processed meat category
- Trade Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budget and track ROI of promotional activities.
- Product Launch Support: Lead trade launch execution for new products such as sausages, corned beef variants, and other processed meats.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular trade performance reports and actionable insights to marketing and commercial leadership.
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG marketing, sales, or trade marketing
