Job Description
Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans aligned with the brand and sales strategies.
Identify opportunities to increase brand presence and market share in modern trade, traditional trade, and key accounts.
Analyze trade channels and customer segments to tailor marketing programs accordingly.
Plan and execute channel-specific activities (promotions, displays, in-store communication, etc.).
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation and follow-up on trade activities.
Design and manage trade promotions and incentive programs for distributors and retailers.
Evaluate the performance and ROI of each campaign and recommend improvements.
Coordinate product launches and in-store events to maximize visibility and sell-out.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product display, pricing, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to support strategic decisions.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all trade marketing materials.
Develop POS materials, merchandising guidelines, and promotional displays.
Supervise implementation through field visits and coordination with merchandising teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure trade initiatives are executed efficiently.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for promotional materials and activities.
Manage trade marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Track and report trade marketing performance, promotion results, and budget utilization to management.
