Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth and brand visibility across channels (Distributors, Pharmacies, and Cosmo stores).
- Optimize channel performance, building strong relationships with channel partners.
- Set targets/performance plans and objective standards for subordinates.
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Develop channel-specific strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage effective loyalty programs to engage customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Track program performance and make adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Develop communication strategies to promote loyalty programs and encourage participation.
- Analyze program performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance customer retention.
- Manage, follow up, and analyze the commercial POS team in Cosmo stores.
- Work with sales and distribution teams to maintain effective point-of-sale (POS) materials and displays.
- Responsible for organizing and executing training in Commercial channels.
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university (Preferred in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
Experience
- From 6 to 8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical industry.
- 1-2 years in the same role / Position.
