Offline Trade Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- POSM Deployment: Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) like displays, end-caps, and shelf-talkers
- Planogram Compliance: Apply localized planograms, ensuring correct brand blocks and share-of-shelf, while auditing perfect store pillars
- Field Audits: Conduct regular market visits to inspect execution quality, shelf hygiene, and competitive product placements
- B2B Incentives: Formulate incentive programs for wholesalers, sub-distributors, and retailers to increase brand stocking
- ROI Evaluation: Analyze the effectiveness and financial return of promotional trade spends after each campaign cycle
- Budget Tracking: Manage localized trade marketing budgets to prevent overspending on regional activations
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor pricing adjustments, newly launched items, and trade schemes
- Vendor Management: Liaison with third-party production and activation agencies to manage production/delivery deadlines
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: +2 years of proven field marketing, commercial sales support, or trade marketing experience strictly within the FMCG sector
Skills & Competencies
- Channel Knowledge: Deep understanding of Traditional Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) operations
- Data Literacy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools to track regional sales data
- Mobility: Physical stamina and a strong willingness to travel frequently across the assigned geographic territory for field operations & market audits
