Trade Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented Trade Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Purchasing team. Based in Qatar Team, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Foreign Trade, Economics, International Relations and etc.)
• Minimum 3 years experience in import, export and purchasing operations,
• Preferably having knowledge of import and export regulations
• Excellent knowledge MS Office with reporting skills
• Good at follow-up and organizational skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and follow-through skills, including attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Living in or willing to relocate to Qatar

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Making operational setup in trade processes and following relevant legislation
• Correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers
• Coordination with customs and transport companies
• Monitoring of material outflows and shipments abroad
• Purchasing transactions and follow up
• Making entries, controls and corrections regarding cash flow and operation reports
• Proforma and invoice control
• Organizing and reporting import files
