This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.
The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid
This role is contributing to the PAEN in Kuwait.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Planning, executing, and monitoring transport-related activities within a local unit, ensuring high-quality transport operations.
- Generating the required transportation documentation and ensuring completeness of documentation.
- Managing operational relationships with transport suppliers and implementing all transportation-related plans and processes.
- Validating transportation invoices and ensuring proper allocation and visibility of expenses.

Qualifications For The Role
- Degree in logistics is preferred to have
- Previous experience in Logistics is preferred to have
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic language is preferred to have
- Priority will be give to candidates who based in Kuwait
- Excellent team work, relations building, planning and time management skills
