Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Analyst supports live market activity on the platform during trading hours. The analyst monitors market conditions, executes routine operational actions, coordinates with liquidity providers and maintains the operational records required by the platform's governance framework. The role works under the direct supervision of a senior member of the Operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create new event and market records, including outcome configuration, resolution criteria, schedule parameters and the supporting data references.

• Draft resolution criteria that are unambiguous, exhaustive and verifiable against the underlying data source.

• Monitor live market conditions across active markets, including order book health, liquidity levels and the performance of designated counterparties.

• Coordinate with liquidity providers on quotation gaps or quality issues, escalating unresolved items in line with defined timelines.

• Execute routine operational actions during trading hours within the authorisation framework set by senior members.

• Contribute to pre-market readiness checks and end-of-session activities across markets in scope.

• Maintain accurate, time-stamped entries in the operations records and support senior members in incident documentation.

• Track markets approaching close and resolution, ensuring each is processed in line with the published settlement timeline.

• Prepare proposed outcomes for senior member review, supported by clear written rationale referenced to the underlying data source.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering or a related discipline.

• Two to three years of operations experience at a regulated trading venue, exchange, brokerage, prediction market or comparable financial-markets environment.

• Working knowledge of central limit order books, trading dashboards and the operational lifecycle of an order.

• Demonstrable experience operating within four-eyes or dual-control workflows.

• Competence with spreadsheets and standard operational reporting tools.

ENGAGEMENT TERMS

• Full-time, on-site. Availability across trading hours required, including periods outside the standard business day; on-call rotation forms part of the role.

• Subject to background screening, sanctions and adverse-media checks at engagement and on an ongoing basis.
